Tomato & Red Pepper Soup

Tasty, healthy and warming!

Ingredients:

  • 3 red peppers,
  • 1 White onion
  • 4 Cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 2 tins of tomato
  • 450ml Vegetable stock.
  • 1- 2tbsp Olive oil.

Method:

  • Chop up red peppers into fine pieces.
  • Chop up onion into fine pieces
  • Crush garlic cloves.
  • Place cooking pot onto hot a hob and drizzle 1 -2 tlb spoon’s of olive oil.
  • Put garlic cloves in and stir until slight briwn
  • Add the onion and stir until soft and slightly golden
  • Add the peppers and cook until soft.
  • Add the vegetable stock and let it cook until it begins to simmer.
  • Remove the pot from the hob and either using a hand held or container food processor mix until a smooth consistency is achieved.
  • Add salt and pepper to season.
  • Sit back and enjoy!

How badly do you want it?….

What does it mean? For me…It’s the only thing that counts. That ability to stay the course on a consistent basis. We all want success, but the key question you need to ask yourself is. Will I stick to it long enough even when the going gets tough? That and only that is the difference. The difference between success and failure. Nothing more and nothing less.

I have seen many, many times since I first entered the fitness industry. The lack of true consistency to achieve success. People dropping off their training because the results they preconceived in their mind are not coming as quickly as they hoped. They drop off. Come back. Make excuses. Drop off. Come back. And the cycle continues…..

Meanwhile

Client Y comes in when they can. Training away. Consistently showing up even when they don’t want to….Knowing as they saying goes…

A dripping tap will eventually wear a rock…

Ask yourself the question. Of all the times I started and stopped at something I wanted to achieve, where would I be if I stayed the course? The answer? Probably exactly where you wish you were. Don’t let there be a next time. STICK WITH IT!
